FULL-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsibilities:

Assist with overall store management and operations

Recruit, train, motivate, mentor and provide feedback to sales associates

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Ongoing communication with artisans and makers

Develop and implement business strategies to expand store traffic and optimise profitability

Advanced understanding of retail operations

Creative and solutions-based problem solving skills

Previous retail management experience a definite asset

POSITION FILLED
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities:

Assist with all retail operations including processing sales transactions and inventory management

Proactively assist customers and provide solutions to their shopping needs to ensure a positive shopping experience

Work closely with the Assistant Manager

Maintain pristine store conditions and create dynamic visual merchandising displays
